Who we are

This site (cherry-ilex.com) is operated by Cherry-Ilex Music LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions: hello@cherry-ilex.com.

Email signups

If you enter your email to be notified about a release, we store it (with the release name and any ad campaign tags in the link you arrived from) using Netlify Forms. We only use it to tell you about Cherry-Ilex music. We never sell it. To be removed, email us and we'll delete it.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads bring people here and which buttons they tap (for example, "Spotify"). It uses cookies and sends Meta information such as the pages you view, the buttons you click, your browser and your IP address. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Your cookie choice (Europe and UK)

If you visit from Europe or the UK, the Meta Pixel only loads after you tap "Accept" on our cookie notice. If you tap "Decline", nothing is sent to Meta. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the service.

Links to other services

Buttons take you to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, PUSH.fm, Instagram and TikTok. Those services have their own privacy policies. Song previews you choose to play are streamed from Apple's servers.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@cherry-ilex.com.
